Reservation And Hotel Rules
- There is a difference and variation between Summer Season and Winter Season of all our facilities.
- Guests must show identity card at check-in.
- After reservation approval, former guest card discounts and airport transfer privilege cannot be applied to these prices.
- Special requests can be requested according to availability and no guarantees can be provided.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Invitation or marriage certificate can be requested from honeymoon couples during their check-in.
- Services are provided according to weather conditions in pier and all outdoor facilities.
- Our facilities have children-friendly and childless sections.
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms and all indoor areas. There are smoking areas in outdoor areas.
- It is forbidden to enter to our main restaurants and A-la Carte restaurants in our facilities with slippers, shorts and undershirt.
- The guests must comply with the instructions for Aquapark, pools, playground and amusement parks in our facilities and the responsibility of all children belongs to their families.
- If the information about credit card are inconsistent or suspicious, facility has the right to directly cancel reservation.
- The guests can benefit from each A’la Carte restaurant free for once during their stay (reservation with children available). It requires reservation.
- Drinks can be served to tables and guests can also get their drinks themselves.
- No alcoholic drinks are served to our guests under 18 years old.
- Alcoholic beverages are not served during breakfast and in bottles.
- Our guests must carry arm bands which are provided at check-in by front office for their safety.
- Wheelchair and baby carriage can be provided from reception in return of deposit.
- Baby-sitting service is not available in our mini-club and any areas in our hotel.
- Children between 4-12 years old are accepted to our mini club during specific hours and group activities are available for children in mini-club.
- Delphin hotels do no guarantee that every room and price type will be available in each period.
- Discount rates are not fixed and can change transiently and do not depend on guest categories all the time. (Also they are not directly proportional according to reservation date. That is, they are not similar to early reservation, some previously made reservations do not provide a discount right.) Due to dynamic nature of discounts, refund requests are not accepted.
- Special discount for each member can only be used for them and not for others.
- If control is implemented at check-in but profile owner does not spend the night, additional fee will be applied in check-in.
- Discounts are only available for reservations carried out over Call Center or our online website.
- Hotel check-in is at 14:00 and check out is at 12:00.
Delphin hotels will carry out activities below in the events of any occupancy, modifications and extraordinary situations;
Provide room(s) in same conditions in an hotel with equivalent class in the same region.
Provide free transfer to the aforementioned facility without charging additional fee.
Delphin hotels will not be held legally liable due this change.
